We work with Private Equity funds and financial investors, acting as transaction advisors in capital-raising processes and transaction execution. Our specialization lies in advising small and mid-sized companies across Europe.

We support company owners and management teams in preparing for investment rounds involving Private Equity investors, while also assisting funds in identifying and conducting preliminary assessments of potential investment targets.

Our support includes, among other things:

Preparing the company and the transaction process, including the investment strategy, equity story, financial model and valuation;
Preparing transaction materials, including the teaser, information memorandum and data room, as well as coordinating the due diligence process;
Leading discussions with investors and supporting negotiations of transaction terms, including the term sheet and SPA, through to transaction closing;
Advising on the optimal financing structure, including equity, debt and hybrid solutions, tailored to the company’s specific needs.
